How We Do It

  • Phase 1
    Client READINESS
    We start by evaluating how ready you are for the Cloud Migration. We’ll look at everything including technologies, processes, integrations, and resources.
  • Phase 2
    Design, Build, Test
    Once we are all on the same page, we can begin to design the outcome and create a plan to get there. From there, the migration is built and thoroughly tested in non production environments.
  • Phase 3
    Execute, Verify, Train
    Practice is over. Now it’s time to execute the migration in production. Once verified that we meet the acceptance criteria, we need to train your team to ensure a successful adoption.
  • Phase 4
    Support
    As a best practice, we find it best to keep the channels of communication open. Establishing an ongoing support model that best suits your organization is critical to the longevity of the project.
