Referral Program

Great business often begins with a simple introduction.

 

E7’s Referral Program rewards individuals and organizations that connect us with companies who could benefit from our services. No quotas, no application, and no ongoing sales role. Send us a potential opportunity, and E7 takes it from there.

 

This page explains how the Program works in practice. The E7 Referral Program Terms govern any accepted referral and control in the event of a conflict with anything on this page.

How it works

1. Send us a potential referral. 

Send it to an E7 team member you know, or email intakespecialist@e7solutions.com. At this stage we only need the name of the organization, a brief description of the potential need, and how you know the organization or the people involved. No contact details or introduction are needed yet. We review the opportunity first, so you never spend your credibility on a referral before knowing it qualifies.

2. We review it. 

E7 responds in writing, generally within five business days, either accepting the referral or declining it. A decline usually reflects an existing relationship, an active opportunity already in progress, or fit and timing. It's a business call, not a judgment on the introduction.

3. Confirm the Program terms. 

Our acceptance email includes a link to the current Program terms. Reply to confirm you accept them, no separate contract or signature required. The referral is then registered to you for six months from the date we accept it. If the opportunity is active and needs more time, we can extend that window in writing.

4. Make the introduction. 

Please make the introduction within 10 business days of our acceptance. A direct email introduction to an appropriate contact is usually easiest, though we're happy to work another way when it makes more sense. From there, E7 handles qualification, discovery, meetings, pricing, proposals, contracting, delivery, and the ongoing client relationship. You are not expected to sell, negotiate, deliver, or manage the account.

5. We keep you posted. 

We'll notify you once a Statement of Work, Software Order Form, or other customer agreement is signed with the referred client. That confirms the referral converted, and that date starts your fee windows.

The year two bonus cannot exceed the services fees paid in year one. Software fees do not continue into year two and do not apply to later renewals. See the full Program terms for complete definitions.

 

A simple example: a referral becomes a client who purchases $100,000 in eligible E7 services. Once E7 collects that payment, the year one fee is $5,000. If the client generates another $100,000 in eligible services revenue during year two, the success bonus adds $2,500.

Fees are calculated and paid quarterly, within 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter, and only after E7 has received the corresponding payment from the client. Payment is made in U.S. dollars. Before your first payment, we’ll request the tax documentation we need, such as a completed Form W-9, along with your payment details. Returning them early keeps everything on schedule.
The strongest referrals tend to have a real business or technology need, a contact who is open to a conversation, and a genuine connection between you and the organization. Nothing needs to be qualified or purchase-ready. E7 will figure out whether there is a meaningful opportunity.

Most individuals and organizations are welcome to participate. A few groups are not, including E7 employees and contractors and their immediate family, anyone employed by or representing the company being referred, government employees and public officials where a referral fee would be restricted by law or policy, and anyone already being compensated by the referred client for the same opportunity.
