Advisory services for Atlassian

Cloud migrations. Governance. AI strategy. Get the clarity you need before committing to major platform decisions.

If these sound familiar, you've come to the right place.

Atlassian keeps announcing new capabilities. We don't know which ones matter for us.

We need to migrate to Cloud eventually. Nobody knows when, how, or what it'll cost.

Leadership is pushing for AI. We’re trying to figure out what's real and what's hype.

Our Atlassian instance has grown organically for years. Nobody can map what we have.

We've been quoted wildly different scopes by three partners. None of them feel right.

Our ITSM implementation is struggling. We can't tell if it's a tool problem or a process problem.

Clarity before commitment.

With E7's advisory services, you get more than an assessment. You get a strategic partner who helps you make better decisions about your Atlassian platform—before committing time, budget, or organizational energy. We bring you the evidence, alignment, and expert perspective needed to move forward with confidence.

Case Study

From generic intake to 1,600 hours reclaimed

An international retail firm (US$1.5B) was struggling with Jira Service Management adoption. Generic intake, weak SLAs, and limited reporting meant teams still reported issues via email. Building on E7’s advisory services, the team redesigned the intake experience, implemented dynamic forms with department-specific SLAs, and built custom dashboards for stakeholders. Email-based reporting dropped dramatically and JSM adoption surged, saving approximately 1,600 hours a year.

E7 definitely took us where we wanted to go. The engagement was very positive and E7 was beyond helpful in reaching our goals.

Why E7 for advisory services.

Most Atlassian partners tell you what they'd build. We help you figure out what you actually need first. Then we show you the path that makes sense for your business, your team, and your timeline. The difference shows up in decisions you're confident about, and a partnership that often lasts years, because it started with honesty, not assumptions.
