Atlassian implementations

Service management. Agile delivery. Knowledge that scales. Atlassian implementations designed for the outcomes your business needs, built to evolve as you do.

If these sound familiar, you've come to the right place.

We have Atlassian licenses. We're still figuring out how to make them work for our teams.

Every team wants their workflows configured differently. We can't build it all ourselves.

We implemented Jira ourselves. Now nobody uses it the way we intended.

We need ITSM, but generic frameworks don't fit how we actually deliver services.

Our service desk is running on email and spreadsheets. We know there's a better way.

Leadership is asking about Rovo and AI agents. We can't deploy them on what we have today.

Outcome-driven implementation.

With E7's Atlassian implementations, you get more than a configured tool. You get a dedicated team that starts with your business outcomes (how your teams actually deliver services, manage work, and collaborate) and configures Atlassian to support them. We bring deep service management expertise, a structured approach to change, and the practical experience to navigate real organizational complexity. So your implementation fits your business from the start, and keeps delivering as you grow.

IT Service Management (ITSM)

We implement Jira Service Management as your ITSM platform, tuned to how you want your service desk to actually operate, not a generic framework.

  • Service desk design aligned to ITIL best practices and your workflows
  • Incident, request, problem, and change management configuration
  • Knowledge base, self-service portals, and automation
  • Reporting, SLAs, and governance for continuous improvement

We extend Atlassian beyond IT to HR, facilities, legal, finance, and other business functions, unifying service delivery across your organization.

  • Cross-functional service management design and rollout
  • Department-specific workflows, intake forms, and SLAs
  • Unified reporting across business service functions
  • Change management to drive adoption across teams

We implement Jira for product, engineering, and cross-functional teams, configured to match how work flows through your organization.

  • Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid workflow design
  • Project hierarchy, roadmaps, and portfolio visibility
  • Integration with development, documentation, and reporting tools
  • Team enablement and adoption support

We implement Confluence as your organization's knowledge foundation, structured, governed, and designed to become part of how teams work, not abandoned after launch.

  • Information architecture aligned to how teams find and use knowledge
  • Template library, governance model, and permissions structure
  • Integration with Jira, JSM, and other knowledge sources
  • Adoption support to embed Confluence into daily workflows

We implement Rovo and AI agents to automate workflows, surface institutional knowledge, and augment how your teams work, built on a governed foundation.

  • Rovo deployment planning and use case prioritization
  • AI agent configuration for service management and work management
  • Knowledge graph architecture and governance
  • Team enablement to drive confident AI adoption

We rebuild underperforming Atlassian deployments—whether from internal efforts, previous partners, or organic drift—into platforms your teams actually want to use.

  • Current state assessment and gap analysis
  • Redesign against business outcomes and workflows
  • Migration of data, configurations, and integrations
  • Change management and re-enablement across teams

Our Atlassian implementation process.

Phase 1

Discover & Align

We start with your business outcomes, not the tool. Through stakeholder interviews and operational assessment, we understand how your teams work today, where the friction lives, and what success looks like. You leave this phase with a clearer picture of your own organization, and a shared definition of what we're building. Clarity before configuration.

Phase 2

Design & Architect

We architect your Atlassian environment to match your future-state workflows. Data models, permissions, integrations, governance, and reporting are all defined before a single workflow is built. Your platform is designed for scale and adoption from day one. No costly rebuilds later.

Phase 3

Build & Validate

We configure your platform iteratively, with regular checkpoints where your teams can test, refine, and course-correct. Real workflows, real data, real feedback—before go-live. Your teams see progress continuously, not just at the end.

Phase 4

Launch & Embed

We support go-live with training, change management, and adoption measurement. Then we stay engaged through the critical adoption curve, helping teams build confidence, resolve friction, and realize the value you implemented for. Your implementation doesn't just launch. It sticks.

Case Study

From waterfall to agile with Jira Service Management

Michigan State University Federal Credit Union needed a comprehensive system to manage, monitor, and report across their complex banking operations, and wanted to transition from waterfall to agile methodology. Together, we implemented Jira Service Management with 10 Marketplace apps customized to MSUFCU’s unique workflows. The result: streamlined ticket types from six to two, automated onboarding for new employees, and unified data flow across the organization, enabling better decision-making on priorities, budgets, and resource allocation.

This was a lot of change, but once people started using the Agile methodology and Jira tools, they realized how much this improves their day-to-day activities.

Why E7 for Atlassian implementations.

Most implementation partners hand off at go-live. We're just getting started. Because the real test isn't whether the platform works on day one. It's whether your teams are confident, adoption is growing, and the platform is evolving with your business three months later. The difference shows up in platforms that keep delivering value, and partnerships that continue long after the first launch.
