On Friday, August 20^th, E7 was awarded as one of Crain’s Detroit Business’s 100 Cool Places to Work in Michigan. We are absolutely thrilled and honored that we received this award! We are extremely proud to be recognized and thankful for our team that makes it such a great place to work.

Though we’ve always had core values, E7 as an organization got really clear about our Core Values in late 2020. Not only does it give insight to our culture, but they also provide a framework for our decision making process. They show up in interactions with one another, with our partners, and with our clients. Having a clear language really helps determine the right actions and attracts the best kind of people. I think this played a huge part in winning this award in 2021.

Back-to-Back Two Times Baby!

As the organization continues to analyze and strategize its growth process, E7 Solutions wanted to take an external step forward and find a way to give to the community. Taking into consideration the significance and impact of education and technology on today’s advancements, E7 pursued the idea of launching a scholarship program to fund $7,000 toward a qualified high school or undergraduate student’s tuition in early 2022. After several months of building criteria and reviewing applications, E7 is proud to announce Enzo Mignano as the winner of the first 2022 E7 Scholarship.

“Sometimes realizing our goals can be achieved through our determination and willpower. Sometimes it takes more,” said Edmond Delude, CEO. “I wanted to provide the ‘more’ for those with financial obstacles but desire to build a better version of themselves and the world around them.”

The application challenged students to explain how education can help them in their personal lives and in their careers. They were also asked to describe how technology plays a critical role in the advancements of today. Delivered in Enzo’s essay responses were a passion for applying technology to the real world and a dedication to education.

“I am deeply honored by E7’s support,” said Enzo Mignano, E7 Scholarship winner, student of University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. “This scholarship will greatly help me in paying for my college expenses and allow me to concentrate on my studies.”

A great friend of ours, Dave Galbenski, has recently launched the Living Liver Foundation. The mission of the foundation is to help save the lives of people facing liver failure by increasing the awareness of living donor transplants. To help bring awareness, the Living Liver Foundation is conducting a fundraising initiative that runs through October 15 to raise $103,506. (That number represents $1 for each person on the transplant wait list.) To support Dave and the foundation, E7 has created our very own “Lift All Higher” team. We’d love your support. On May 18, 2024, E7 Solutions was honored to participate in Habitat for Humanity’s “Women Build” in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Since 1991, Habitat’s Women Build volunteers have come together to build stronger, safer communities. A central goal of the program is to empower women to help families build strength, stability and independence. The volunteer days provide opportunities for hands-on learning, power tools included! With a robust team of 12 volunteers, all employees and friends of E7, the group made real progress in the build process, and E7’s sponsorship helped the program towards its $75,000 seasonal fundraising goal. E7 staff who attended the event were Alisz Hatch, Adrianne White, Misty Ontiveros and Ana Galofre Smith. It was a beautiful, warm day in southeast Michigan, and some folks traveled as far as an hour away to participate in the nearly 8-hour Saturday workday with their colleagues.
